Dear Parents/Carers,
You are invited to attend Parents’/Carers’ Evening(s) shortly.
These are scheduled for
- Tuesday 17th October between 30pm and 7pm for all classes
An additional evening has been allocated for those of you with children in Y3/4 (Chestnut Class) or Y5/6 (Oak Class). This will be on
- Thursday, 19th October between 3.30pm-5pm (KS2 only)
You may bring your son/daughter with you if you wish.
During this meeting, you should receive up to date information about your child’s progress and attainment and further targets to support your childlren). There will also be an opportunity to share school work together.
We all know, I’m sure, how important this partnership is between home and school, and I ask all families to try to attend these meetings with teachers.
I will also be available on both evenings if there are further matters you would like to discuss.
Please complete and return the slip attached by Friday 6th October. I have asked staff to liaise and notify you of allocated appointment times by Wednesday 11th October.
