Warm-up involved listening to partners using morse code to spell out animal names.
This practise helped prepare for the main event – creating a piece of music with the instruments made over the previous two weeks. The children split into groups and composed their pieces. They then produced a graphic score of their work and gave a performance. The children shared ideas and gave room to all those in the group to let the instruments be heard.
