The warm up on this very cold bright day involved swapping places with a partner by travelling underneath the parachute. An activity requiring a surprising amount of coordination and timing to avoid being swamped by the parachute!
The children then created story sticks. Some good knot-tying secured the wool that, in turn, secured items to the stick that would help the children remember the stories they made up. It will be interesting to see how well they remember their stories next week..
