Dear Parents/Carers,

Christmas Cards Reminder

The deadline date for submitting orders for the Arts Projects for Schools Christmas Cards is getting nearer. To avoid any late handling and postage fees, please go to www.apfsorders.co.uk and input the unique code found on the label on the reverse of your child’s artwork by midnight on Monday 6th November. Thank you to Lydia for organising this – it raised a really worthwhile sum of money last year, so please do support this once more.

PTFA Events:

Meeting 7th November @ 3pm
Film Night 14th November @5.30pm
Christmas Lunch 15th December

Children In Need Day – Friday 17th November

The theme this year is “Do your Thing”. Dress up or wear something that shows your personality!

Donations would be most welcome.

Absence

Please support us in our quest for 110% attendance! We are working relentlessly to secure an ever improving education for your child but they won’t get a good education if they are not in school!

However, we do appreciate that sick children cannot attend school. Sometimes, it is hard for parents to judge the extent of illness first thing in the morning. It is okay to send your child to school in this instance and we will call you if your child really is too unwell to be in school. Please ensure you either telephone or email the school office before 9am each day that your child is going to be absent from school.

Have a lovely weekend.

Best Wishes,

Mrs.Weaver
