    Last week we learnt the poem Who by Pie Corbett. We then enjoyed thinking and then writing questions that we had about the poem.            

  • Our beanstalks.

    Our beanstalks have grown considerably since we last measured them. Last Friday Leighton’s was the tallest!   

  • Caterpillars

    We have taken delivery of some caterpillars in Hazel Class. We are going to watch them change and grow!  What do you think they will grow into?   

  • Surprise visitors!

    This morning we had a surprise visit from the Dorset Fire and Rescue Service! We learnt all about the ladders, helmets, pumps and smoke detectors.

  • Pond visit

    We have visited the pond area this morning to look at where the class tadpoles came from! Can you see them? They are very tiny!     

  • Growing! 

    Our cress seeds and beans have started to grow! We also now have tadpoles in the classroom!

    Today we have planted cress seeds. We are hoping they will grow into crazy hair. We will be watching them grow carefully and measuring them to see whose hair is the longest and the shortest. …
